Reservation terms and conditions for berth bookings at Antigua Superyacht Marina & Resort

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is calculated as the greater of one-third (⅓) of the total dockage fee or a minimum of 3 nights' dockage. The exact amount will appear on your invoice.

The deposit is applied to the final portion of your stay.

Deposits must be received within 7 days of your booking confirmation. Reservations without deposit payment within this period may be released.

Cancellations & Refunds

14+ days before arrivalFull refund – $150 processing fee

7–13 days before arrival75% refund

3–6 days before arrival50% refund

Less than 72 hours or no-showDeposit forfeited

Weather & Force Majeure

If arrival is prevented by a named storm, official port closure, or mandatory evacuation, deposits are refunded in full.

Early Departures

If you depart earlier than planned, your deposit (already applied to your final nights) will be retained, and you remain responsible for nights used.
